Return Policy

To provide the best shopping experience, we provide you a 100% warranty on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the products for an exchange. For return or exchange, the customer must notify our customer service staff within 7 days of redeeming the products and request a return or exchange under the following Terms and Conditions.

1. All return or exchange items must be unused, in their original condition, and with product tags attached, undamaged original box or packaging.

2. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for some of the products. The following products are excluded from our return policy.

a. Bedding items (bed sheets, pillow, pillow cases, bolster, bolster cases, quilt, and comforter).

b. Handkerchiefs and hosiery, socks, towels, swimwear, lingerie.

c. Ear rings.

d. Opened mattresses.

e. Toiletries.

The 100 % warranty applies to products purchased and redeemed via our MERIT collection point. We are not held liable for products purchased / shipped directly by the merchant (such products will follow the merchant warranty / refund policy mentioned with their Terms & Conditions).
