1. What is MERITSALE.com.sg? 

MERITSALE.com.sg is offering hot sale / deal from manufacturers, restaurant and service based businesses etc. Mostly the sale / deal is at least 50 to 80 percent off of the regular price which make you a great way to try a product or service at a greatly reduced rate.

2. What to do If I can’t login to my account? 

You can subscribe our news letter without creating MERITSALE account. Therefore the fact that you receive our emails does not mean you have registered. For buying items from MERITSALE and MERITSHOP, you do not need to login to your MERITSALE account. But for buying SUPER MARKET items like groceries etc., you must login to your MERITSALE account.

3. I forgot my password, what do I do? 

The forgotten password link will send an email to your email address with a link to reset your password, but there can be a short time delay before you receive this email.

4. Why have I not received my voucher? 

Vouchers are emailed out instantly upon successful purchases. Vouchers are sometimes flagged as spam due to rising internet security standards. In this case you need to check junk /spam folder. You can also download your vouchers from “My orders” after you successfully login to your MERITSALE account.

5. I bought MERITSALE voucher, How to redeem my products or services? 

Once you received the voucher, you can then print that voucher and present it to the merchant for redemption along with your ID. Please note that some sale / deal require prior reservation.

6. Do I need to use my voucher the same day I buy it?

No. You just need to use it before the expiration date.

7. Can I extend my voucher expiry date? 

Unfortunately, the expiry date on voucher cannot be extended. Please check the dates most convenient to you before making the purchase.

8. Does MERITSALE.com.sg accept payment by major credit / debit cards? 

Yes. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. 

9. Can I combine my voucher with other offer or specials? 

No. Unless otherwise clearly stated on the voucher.

10. What happens if the merchant ceases operations before I am able to redeem the voucher? 

If such a situation arises, we will issue a full refund of the vouchers that you have purchased.
